The public authorities, i.e.
- the cantonal authority entitled to lodge an appeal
- the Federal Office of Justice
- the municipality in which the real estate plot is located
may cause orders to become res judicata by means of:
- written waiver of the lodging of an appeal
- unused expiry of the appeal deadline of 30 days
- no appeal brought by the other party.
