A person abroad may be granted permission to acquire real estate plots for the purpose of constructing social housing, if the following conditions are met:
- Construction of rental apartments in the low price segment and – in relation to similar properties in the same location – and cost-effective segment.
- Construction of new residential buildings of this nature
- Shortage of residential properties at the location
