A bank or insurance company licensed in Switzerland may be issued the permit if
- the real estate property is encumbered in their favour with a mortgage
- the acquisition was performed within the context of a foreclosure or liquidation settlement.
An insurance company submitting an application may be permitted to complete the acquisition as a technical provision for its domestic business activities.
