The following procedural rules are applicable:
- Competence
- Cantonal authority at the location of the respective matter
- Issue of the permit subject to conditions
- Ensuring that the object of the acquisition is used by the buyer for the intended purpose.
- Expiry of the permit
- The permit will expire if the real estate acquisition is not executed within 3 years.
- Opportunity for the licensing authority to extend the deadline for good cause
